This project is inspired by a personal childhood experience that left a lasting emotional impression.

It explores the concept of 'memory anchors'—significant events that become associated with certain objects or feelings, often bringing negative emotional impact. After researching how these anchors affect people around me, I explored ways to integrate elements of psychological therapy into the design. The work visually, audibly, and tactilely represents the process of emotional desensitisation, moving through stages to ultimately release individuals from the hold of these 'memory anchors.
